It was great to have all grades of footy back last weekend after a 3 week absence for our seniors, reserves and U19's.

The seven day lockdown due to covid-19 turned into a much longer break due to stringent conditions imposed by Government health authorities.

Our President David Walder made his own thoughts on this well know on social media and these were picked up by local media outlets. Importantly though, David had expressed his views not only as a football President but also as a long term local GP.

We are back now though and it is great to have all teams back on the park and making a run towards finals in what is left of the home and away season.

We also have to now squeeze a few of our social events into the limited home games that remain. Sponsors Day, Past Players Day (with Premiership reunions) and Life Members Day are still to come.
